Determination of Trace Selenium in Multimetallic Minerals by Alkali Melting Cation Exchange HG-AFS
To analyze and test the trace selenium content in polymetallic ores using atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The sample was melted with sodium peroxide at high temperature alkali, and then the interference of transition elements such as copper, lead, cobalt, and zinc was removed by cation exchange resin. After acidification reduction,it was analyzed and tested by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The detection limit of selenium is 0.0046 μg/g,and the lower detection limit is 0.0183 μg/g;The relative standard deviations of the measured values of the three polymetallic ore composition analysis standards GBW07367,GBW07368,and GBW07369 are 4.70%,3.56%,and 2.86%,respectively,all of which are less than 10%;The relative standard deviations of the three actual samples of polymetallic minerals are 1.55%,3.56%,and 2.20%,all of which are less than 10%.The accuracy and precision of this method are good, and it is suitable for promoting the analysis and determination of trace selenium in polymetallic minerals.
