摘要

对导电高分子材料在金属防腐领域的作用进行了深入的探讨,对不锈钢的防腐效果及对聚苯胺材料的保护作用进行了重点研究.通过实验分析聚苯胺对金属在不同连接方式下的防腐作用,发现在防腐效率方面,导电银胶的连接方式是最好的.但是,它的连接不稳定,使它的实际应用受到了限制.相比较而言,电镀的连接方式则显示出了更高的防腐效果与稳定性,这也就成了一种可行之选.

Abstract

The role of conductive polymer materials in the field of metal anticorrosion is deeply discussed,and the anticorrosion effect of stainless steel and the protective effect of polyyaniline materials are mainly studied.Through experimental analysis of the corrosion effect of PANI on metal under different connection modes,it is found that the connection mode of conductive silver glue is the best in terms of corrosion efficiency.However,its connection is unstable,limiting its practical application.In comparison,the connection mode of electroplating shows a higher corrosion prevention effect and stability,which becomes a feasible choice.
