Preparation and Properties Analysis of POM Injection Molding Magnetic Granules
Magnetic composites were prepared by using POM as binder.The effects of magnetic powder content on magnetic properties,tensile strength and impact strength of PA6 magnetic composites were studied by experiments,and compared with PA6 magnetic composites.The results show that when the magnetic powder content of POM is 89%,the remanence and magnetic energy product reach the maximum value,and the higher the magnetic powder content of PA6,the better the performance.The magnetic powder content of the two magnetic materials increased and the tensile strength decreased,but PA6 was better than POM.The impact strength of the two magnetic materials at room temperature is basically the same,but the low temperature impact strength of POM is better.The rotor sample with an external diameter of Φ60.25×47.3×14 was injected with an injection molding machine,and the multi-pole magnetic field distribution of POM met the requirements of motor applications.
