摘要
酰氧基硅烷偶联剂因其独特的分子结构和优异的界面性能,在复合材料、涂料、粘合剂等领域具有广阔的应用前景.本次采用氢硅化法合成了一种新型酰氧基硅烷偶联剂,通过优化反应条件和工艺参数,实现了产物的高效、高选择性制备.为高性能酰氧基硅烷偶联剂的合成和应用奠定了基础,对于推动有机-无机复合材料的发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Acyloxysilane coupling agents have broad application prospects in the fields of composite materials,coatings,adhesives,etc.due to their unique molecular structure and excellent interfacial properties.This article synthesized a new acyloxysilane coupling agent using the hydrogen silicification method,and achieved efficient and highly selective preparation of the product by optimizing reaction conditions and process parameters.This experiment lays the foundation for the synthesis and application of high-performance acyloxysilane coupling agents,which is of great significance for promoting the development of organic-inorganic composite materials.
