氯酸钠装置含氢尾气处理回收工程设计及运行

针对氯酸钠装置产出的含氢尾气具有氢气浓度高、杂质组分多样化和复杂性(含水蒸气、氧气、少量氯气和二氧化碳等)和轻腐蚀的特点,研究采用"碱洗+水洗+压缩+吸附+除氧+冷凝回流"组合工艺对氯酸钠装置产出的含氢尾气进行处理.设计处理含氢尾气规模为5 600 m3(标)/h,近3 a的连续生产运行结果表明,处理后的氢气质量达到工业氢合格级的标准,且能满足下游工业链的氢气原料技术指标要求.实例证明以碱洗和除氧为核心的组合工艺能深度提纯氯酸钠装置副产氢气.
Design of Hydrogen Deoxygenation Reactor for Sodium Chlorate by-Product
Taking into account the characteristics of hydrogen-rich tail gas produced by sodium chlorate plant,such as high concentration of hydrogen,diversified and complex impurities(including water vapor,oxygen,trace amounts of chlorine and corbon dioxide),slight corrosiveness,a combination process of"alkali washing+water washing+compression+adsorption+de-oxygenation+condensation recycling"was studied to treat the hydrogen-rich tail gas.The scale of treating the hydrogen-rich tail gas was designed to be 5 600 m3(N)/h.The results of nearly three years of continuous production operation show that the quality of the treated hydrogen meets the standard of industrial hydrogen grade,and can meet the technical requirements of hydrogen raw material for downstream industrial chain.The example proves that the combination process of alkali washing and de-oxygenation as the core can deeply purify the hydrogen produced as by-product in sodium chlorate plant.
