摘要

煤化工是以无烟煤、烟煤、褐煤等为原料,经过一系列的化学加工使煤转换为气体、液体和固体燃料的化学过程.在国际高油和石油替代利益以及国家能源安全背景的驱动下,产生了煤制烯烃的技术,其流程主要包含煤的气化、变换、低温甲醇洗、甲醇合成、甲醇制烯烃以及烯烃分离等.其中煤的气化在煤洁净利用中处于"龙头"的地位,是现代煤化工中必不可少的环节,主要由煤浆制备单元、气化单元、渣水处理单元组成.现对气化装置内各个单元存在的腐蚀进行分析,提出腐蚀防护的建议.

Abstract

Coal chemical industry is a chemical process that converts coal into gas,liquid and solid fuel through a series of chemical processes using anthracite,bituminous coal and lignite as raw materials.Driven by the international interests of high oil and oil substitution and the background of national energy security,the technology of coal-to-olefins has been produced,and its process mainly includes coal gasification,transformation,low-temperature methanol washing,methanol synthesis,methanol to olefins and olefin separation.Among them,the gasification of coal is in the position of"leader"in the clean utilization of coal,which is an indispensable link in the modern coal chemical industry,which is mainly composed of coal slurry preparation unit,gasification unit and slag water treatment unit.
