Study on the Influence of Limestone Wet Desulfurization on Desulfurization Efficiency in Thermal Power Plant
This paper analyzes the process of limestone wet desulfurization process in thermal power plant,and discusses the core factors and optimization strategies of determining desulfurization efficiency.The efficiency of limestone wet desulfurization technology directly affects whether the flue gas emission reaches the standard.This paper analyzes the influence of slurry value,liquid to gas ratio,spray layer number,calcium to sulfur ratio,limestone characteristics and flue gas flow rate on desulfurization efficiency,and puts forward optimization measures to improve efficiency and meet environmental protection standards.Through the precise control of these key factors,the performance of the desulfurization system can be significantly improved,reduce sulfur dioxide emissions,and promote the development of environmental protection undertakings.
