摘要
酰胺与金属离子之间具有很好的配位作用,它的金属配合物也有很好的药用价值.生物体内很多金属酶中的酰胺都参与了与金属离子的配位,酰胺的金属配合物也可用于离子识别.设计合成了一种 L-二苯甲酰酒石酸双(2-甲氨基吡啶)酰胺,意图寻找生命细胞中的 Zn2+或其他金属阳离子,但没有特异性识别.
Abstract
There is a good coordination between amide and metal ions,and its metal complexes also have good medicinal value.The amides in many metal enzymes in organisms are involved in the coordination with metal ions.Metal complexes of amides can also be used for ion recognition.In this paper,an L-dibenzoyl tartaric acid bis(2-methylaminopyridine)amide was designed and synthesized,which was intended to find Zn2+or other metal cations in living cells,but there was no specific recognition.
