摘要

介绍了某加氢裂化装置的主要技术特点和试生产变压器油基础油的过程情况.提高闪点为试生产的重中之重,生产调整期间接连发生柴油产品透光度下降和柴油汽提塔操作温度高等问题,装置分别制定了应对措施,最终成功试生产出闪点≥135℃的变压器油基础油.

Abstract

The main technical characteristics of a hydrocracking device and the process of trial production of transformer oil base oil are introduced.Increasing the flash point is the top priority of trial production.During the production adjustment period,there were problems such as the decline in the light transmittance of diesel products and the high operating temperature of the diesel lift tower.The device formulated countermeasures respectively,and finally successfully tested the transformer oil base oil with a flash point of≥135℃.
