摘要
针对油气田储罐腐蚀监测难度大、预警不及时等问题,设计了一套基于物联网技术的储罐腐蚀在线监测与预警系统.该系统由数据采集、数据处理、腐蚀分析和预警决策四个功能模块组成,实现了储罐腐蚀状态的实时监测、数据分析和风险预警.通过在某油田储罐的应用实验表明,系统检测精度高,相对误差控制在5%以内,预警准确率超过90%,可为油气田储罐的安全运行和维护决策提供可靠的技术支持.
Abstract
A new system has been designed to monitor and warn about corrosion in oil and gas storage tanks.This system uses Internet of Things technology.It has four parts:data collection,data processing,corrosion analysis,and warning decision-making.The system can monitor tank corrosion in real time,analyze data,and warn about risks.Tests in an oilfield show the system works well.It is very accurate,with errors less than 5% .It correctly warns about problems more than 90% of the time.This system can help keep oil and gas storage tanks safe and help make good decisions about maintenance.
