摘要

焦化废水中含有大量难以降解的大分子有机物,达标处理技术含量高、难度大,焦化废水处理(酚氰废水处理或生化处理)是焦化企业实现废水零排放的基础.面对日益趋严的环保要求,各焦化企业应加强对废水处理工艺的技术研究.因此以某企业焦化废水处理为研究对象,通过对现酚氰废水处理中各环节现状问题的分析,针对存在问题提出了相应的利旧消缺改造方案,旨在将焦化废水处理至中水回用标准,实现焦化废水零排放.

Abstract

Coking wastewater contains a large amount of macromolecular organic compounds that are difficult to degrade.The technology for meeting discharge standards is highly technical and challenging.Coking wastewater treatment(phenol-cyanogen wastewater treatment or biochemical treatment)is the foundation for coking enterprises to achieve zero wastewater discharge.Faced with increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,coking enterprises should strengthen technical research on wastewater treatment processes.Therefore,taking the coking wastewater treatment of a certain enterprise as the research object,through analyzing the current status and problems in each link of the existing phenol-cyanogen wastewater treatment,corresponding transformation plans for utilizing existing resources and eliminating deficiencies are proposed,aiming to treat coking wastewater to the standard for reclaimed water reuse and achieve zero discharge of coking wastewater.
