Corrosion and Protection of Lock Bucket System of Coal Chemical Gasification Unit
With the continuous rise of international crude oil prices,it is a trend to gradually replace the traditional petrochemical process with coal as chemical raw material.Coal chemical industry started late,and due to the complexity of its raw materials,corrosion problems are frequent.Based on the frequent leakage events of the lock bucket circulation system in the GE coal-water slurry process in the plant,the corrosion analysis was carried out from the problem of short service life of the equipment and pipelines,and the corrosion protection,material selection and online monitoring of the lock bucket circulation system were optimized in all aspects,so as to improve the service life of the lock bucket circulation system and lay the foundation for the long-term operation of the gasification unit.
