摘要

扬子石油化工有限公司15万t/a干气回收乙烯装置,采用西南化工研究设计院有限公司开发的回收炼厂乙烯资源专利技术,应用变压吸附(PSA)分离工艺实现富乙烯气的回收.装置运行结果表明,经PSA分离得到的富乙烯气中CO2含量为11.2 mL/m3、H2S<2 mL/m3、O2<3 mL/m3、甲烷<13%(V),满足生产需要.针对装置运行过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出建议,在今后的设计和生产中可进一步优化和完善.

Abstract

The 150 000 tons/year dry gas ethylene recovery unit of yangtze petrochemical co.,Ltd.adopts the patented technology for recovering refinery ethylene resources developed by southwest chemical research and design Institute co.,Ltd.,and applies pressure swing adsorption(PSA)separation process to achieve the recovery of rich ethylene gas.The operation results of the device indicate that the CO2 content in the ethylene rich gas obtained by PSA separation is 11.2 mL/m3,H2S<2 mL/m3,O2<3 mL/m3 and methane<13% (V),meeting production needs.Analyze the problems that arise during the operation of the device and provide suggestions for further optimization and improvement in future design and production.
