摘要
通过半导体氧化物气敏材料的合成、表征,气敏传感器的制备,性能测试以及气敏传感器的应用,探索综合性实验项目教学改革.基于"寓精于料,料要成材,材要成器,器要可用"的原则,设计了综合性全流程的实验项目.通过实验项目的学习,能够激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,同时提升学生对于材料合成、表征、性能及应用的全方位理解,为应用创新型人才的培养奠定坚实的基础.
Abstract
Through the synthesis and characterization of semiconductor oxide gas sensitive materials,the preparation and performance testing and the application of gassensors,the teaching reform of comprehensive experimental projects was explored.Based on the principle of"the importance of materials,material to form material,material to device and device can be used",a comprehensive experiment project of the whole process is designed.Through the study of experimental projects,students can stimulate their learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their comprehensive understanding of material synthesis,characterization,performance and application,laying a solid foundation for the training of innovative application talents.
