关于抗生素的运移机制及其毒理学研究进展

抗生素在医疗领域的广泛应用导致其在不同水生环境中富集并通过地表水径流汇入地下水环境中.我国多数地表水、地下水和沉积物中均有抗生素的检出报道,为公众安全带来了巨大的威胁.综述抗生素类物质的运移机制及其对微生物的毒理学研究,丰富人们对抗生素在水体中迁移能力的认知,为抗生素污染水体的治理提供科学依据.同时,开展抗生素对微生物的毒理学研究对保障人民健康具有重要的现实和理论意义.
Research Progress on Transport Mechanism and Toxicology of Antibiotics
The extensive use of antibiotics in the medical field has resulted in their accumulation in various aquatic environments and their subsequent transport into groundwater through surface water runoff.Antibiotics have been detected in the majority of surface water,groundwater and sediments in China,which has posed a huge threat to public safety.This paper reviews the transport mechanism of antibiotics and their toxicology research on microorganisms.It enriches people's cognition of the transport ability of antibiotics in water and provides a scientific basis for the treatment of antibiotic-contaminated water.At the same time,conducting the toxicology research of antibiotics on microorganisms has important practical and theoretical significance for ensuring people's health.
