Design and Realization of Remote Monitoring System for Gas Equipment Based on Internet of Things
This paper discusses the design and realization of the remote monitoring system of gas equipment based on Internet of Things(IoT)for the remote monitoring needs of gas equipment.Through the analysis of function,performance,safety and other aspects of the needs of the construction of the system architecture,including the perception layer,the network layer and the application layer,a detailed description of the hardware selection and design and software design of various aspects,such as the selection of sensors,data transmission module,database design,system interface design and functional module design.It further discusses the detailed design and realization process of the modules of data acquisition,communication,remote control,and fault warning and processing.After rigorous testing and result analysis,the effectiveness and reliability of the system are verified to provide valuable reference for improving the intelligent monitoring level of gas equipment.
