Design Optimization of Industrial Hazardous Waste Incineration Disposal System
The incineration and disposal system for industrial hazardous waste is a complex system engineering.In the current market context of overcapacity in industrial hazardous waste disposal,how to efficiently and stably operate production,and how to scientifically control costs,have become issues that managers must consider.The process and technology of the rotary kiln hazardous waste incineration production line have been optimized,and some equipment and parameters have been improved.After improvement and optimization,the continuous and stable operation cycle of the production line has been increased from the original 30 days to 164 days,greatly improving the system's processing capacity,stability,and safety,and achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
