摘要
依据GB 50264-2013《工业设备及管道绝热工程设计规范》(以下简称《规范》)推导了一种全局收敛的绝热外径迭代计算表达式.采用函数递归调用计算的方法,在Excel中定制了用于绝热外径计算的自定义函数,实现了在Excel中直接公式化计算绝热厚度.相比查表、编程迭代和调用求解工具计算绝热厚度的方法,该方法具有实时自动计算和可批量计算的优点.
Abstract
According to GB50264-2013"Industrial Equipment and Pipeline Thermal Insulation Engineering Design Specification"(hereinafter referred to as"Specifications"),an iterative representation with global convergence performance for calculating the insulation outside diameter is obtained.By the method of recursive function calling,A Excel function for calculating the insulation outside diameter is customized,thus the calculation of insulation thickness through formula within Excel is accomplished.Comparing with calculation methods for insulation thickness of table looking-up,iterative programing and invocation of solving tool,this method has advantages in realtime automatic calculation and bacth calculation.
