Fenton氧化-絮凝沉淀联合处理COD废水研究

根据有机废水的特点,采用Fenton氧化-絮凝沉淀联合处理法,用正交实验,考察了pH、反应时间以及过氧化氢、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、聚丙烯酰胺等因素对COD去除率的影响.实验结果显示:废水pH调整到3.0,硫酸亚铁的用量为1.0 g/L,30%过氧化氢的用量为6.0 mL/L,反应时间30 min,硫酸铝的加入量为2.0 g/L,聚丙烯酰胺的加入量为1.0 g/L的条件下,Fenton氧化-絮凝沉淀联合处理法对于生活污水中的COD值的去除效果最佳,可达到75.2%.
Research on the Combined Treatment of COD Wastewater by Fenton Oxidation Flocculation Precipitation
According to the characteristics of organic wastewater,this paper adopts the combined treatment method of Fenton oxidation-flocculation sedimentation.Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of factors such as pH value,reaction time,hydrogen peroxide,ferrous sulfate,aluminum sulfate,and polyacrylamide on the COD removal rate are investigated.The experimental results show that when the pH value of wastewater is adjusted to 3.0,the dosage of ferrous sulfate is 1.0 g/L,the dosage of 30% hydrogen peroxide is 6.0 ml/L,the reaction time is 30 minutes,the addition amount of aluminum sulfate is 2.0 g/L,and the addition amount of polyacrylamide is 1.0 g/L,the combined treatment method of Fenton oxidation-flocculation sedimentation has the best removal effect on the COD value in domestic sewage,reaching 75.2% .
