矿区土壤有效砷提取方法探究

采用0.5 mol/L NaHCO3,0.5 mol/L NaH2PO4,0.1 mol/L HCl 和0.1 mol/L HAc 等4种浸提剂,对贵州省晴隆锑矿区菜地土壤有效砷的提取效果以及相关的提取条件进行研究.结果表明,0.5 mol/L NaH2PO4提取有效砷效果最为显著,是四者中最佳浸提剂.用0.5 mol/L NaH2PO4 溶液提取锑矿区土壤有效砷的最佳提取条件为液土比20:1、振荡速度250 r/min和2 h振荡时间.
Extraction Method for Available Arsenic in Mining Soil
In order to choose a best extractant for predicting the availability of arsenic in mining soils,four extractants,0.5mol/L NaHCO3,0.5mol/L NaH2PO4,0.1mol/L HCl,and 0.1mol/L HAc,were compared by using some soils sampled from Qinglong antimony mining area from Guizhou Province.The result was shown that 0.5mol/L NaH2PO4 was the best extractant of these four.It has been found that the optimal extraction conditions by NaH2PO4 are 20:1of the ratio of solution to soil,oscillation velocity of 250 r/min and 2 hours of oscillating time.
