摘要
重要医药化工材料中间体2-乙酰呋喃新生产工艺以糠醛为初始原料在新型催化剂催化下产出中间产物呋喃,呋喃和醋酐通过釜式固体酸催化酰化制得2-乙酰呋喃.文章系统介绍新工艺生产技术原理,简述新工艺流程,分析新工艺技术特点.与国内传统呋喃生产工艺和乙酰呋喃生产工艺对比,该新工艺具有安全性好,生产过程能耗低,无工艺废水,不产生环境污染等优点.
Abstract
A new production process for 2-acetylfuran,an important pharmaceutical and chemical material intermediate,using furfural as the initial raw material and catalyzed by a new catalyst to produce the intermediate product furan.Furan and acetic anhydride are acylated to obtain 2-acetylfuran through a solid acid catalyzed reaction in a reactor.The article systematically introduces the principles of new process production technology,briefly describe the new process flow,analyze the characteristics of new process technologies.Comparison with traditional furan production process and acetylfuran production process,the production process has the advantages of low energy consumption,no process wastewater,and no environmental pollution.
