嘧啶类化合物是一类重要的医药切块分子,多用作药物、农药等分子的合成原料中间体.研究了一种嘧啶类分子2-甲氧基-5-氰基嘧啶的一种合成方法.该合成方法以2-甲氧基-5-溴嘧啶为原料,用氰化亚铜为氰化试剂,成功制备了2-甲氧基-5-氰基嘧啶,并对合成过程中的反应条件进行了优化,该合成方法大大提高了产品的产率和纯度,减少了杂质含量,降低了生产成本,具有较好的工业化应用前景.
Synthesis Research of 2-Methoxy-5-Cyanopyrimidine
Pyrimidine compounds are an important class of pharmaceutical building blocks,often used as raw materials for the synthesis of drugs,pesticides,and other molecules.This study describes a synthesis method for the pyrimidine compound 2-methoxy-5-cyanopyrimidine.The method uses Copper(I)cyanide as the Cyanide reagent and 2-methoxy-5-bromopyrimidine as the starting material to successfully prepared 2-methoxy-5-cyanopyrimidine.The reaction conditions were optimized during the synthesis process,this method significantly improved the yield and purity of the product,reduced impurity content,and lowered production costs,which gives the synthesis method good prospects for industrial application.
