镁铝水滑石的共沉淀法制备及表征

本文通过改变不同沉淀剂、不同晶化温度来研究合成镁铝水滑石最佳工艺条件.利用X射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱(IR)对产物的形貌、结构进行了表征.结果表明当采用双滴法、NaOH为沉淀剂、晶化温度在75℃能够得到结晶度较好,晶相单一,晶体结构一致的镁铝水滑石.
The Co-Precipitation Preparation and Properties of Inorganic Hydrotalcite
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the synthesis of Mg-Al hydrotalcite were studied by changing the different precipitants and different crystallization temperatures. The morphology and structure of the product were characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results show that when the double-drop method was used, NaOH as the precipitating agent, the crystallization temperature was 75 ℃ and the Mg-Al hydrotalcite with good crystallinity and uniform crystal structure can be obtained.
