不同膨胀型防火涂料烟毒性对比分析研究

为研究膨胀型防火涂料在火灾时的烟毒性特征,采用NBS烟密度实验箱对6种膨胀型防火涂料进行实验室尺度火灾模拟实验,结合傅立叶红外(FTIR)分析系统对烟气中8种气体进行采样分析,采用常规毒性指数(CITe)定量评价烟气毒性。结果表明:膨胀型防火涂料受热后产生的烟气主要组分为CO2、CO、NOx和HCN;环氧树脂基膨胀型防火涂料的毒性较其他树脂基的涂料大很多,4 min和8 min时NOx气体质量浓度分别为108。43 mg·m-3和136。47 mg·m-3,均大于基准浓度38 mg·m-3,8min时的CITG值达到0。377。FITR气体分析方法可实现在线、多组分气体快速分析,但气体含量在检出限附近时干扰和误差较大。
Comparative Analysis of Smoke Toxicity of Different Expansion Type Fireproof Coatings
In order to study the smoke toxicity characteristics of expandable fireproof coatings during fires,a NBS smoke density test box was used to conduct laboratory scale fire simulation tests on 6 types of expandable fireproof coatings.FTIR analysis system was used to sample and analyze 8 types of gases,and the conventional toxicity index(CITG)was used to quantitatively evaluate the toxicity of flue gas.The results showed that the flue gas produced by the expandable fireproof coating contained CO2,CO,NOx and HCN gases.The toxicity of epoxy resin based expandable fireproof coatings was much greater than that of other resin based coatings.The NOx gas mass concentration at 4 min and 8 min was 108.43 mg·m-3 and 136.47 mg·m-3,respectively,which were higher than the reference concentration of 38 mg·m-3,and the CITG value reached 0.377 at 8 min.FITR gas analysis method can achieve online,multi-component gas rapid analysis,but there is significant interference and error in gas content near the detection limit.
