水中微塑料检测研究进展

从高空到深海,从人体到微生物,微塑料如今已无处不在,其对生物的毒理作用已被初步确认,因此其防治开始引起人们的重视。然而作为新出现的污染物,微塑料的各种研究仍处于起步阶段。掌握微塑料的来源并对环境中的微塑料进行准确检测是对其进行防治的前提。作者对水体中微塑料的来源、分布及目前主要使用的检测方法进行了简单综述,评述了各检测方法的优势与缺陷,以期为建立微塑料检测的标准、实现微塑料污染防治提供参考。
Characterization Research Progress of Microplastic in Water
From high altitude to deep sea,from human body to microorganisms,microplastics are now shown themselves everywhere.The toxic effects of microplastics on organisms have been preliminarily confirmed.Therefore,their prevention and control have begun to attract people's attention.However,as a newly emerging pollutant,research on microplastics is still in its infancy.Learning the source and accurately detecting methods of microplastics in the environment is a prerequisite for their prevention and control.The author briefly summarized the sources and distribution of microplastics in water bodies,as well as the main detection methods currently used.The advantages and disadvantages of each detection method are evaluated,with the aim of providing reference for establishing the standards for microplastics detection and achieving the control of microplastics pollution.
