Carbon Emission Calculation Method Based LSSVM for Coal-fired Power Generation Units in Thermal Power Plants
In order to solve the problem of excessive carbon emissions in coal-fired power generation units after commissioning and reduce the negative impact of unit operation on the atmospheric environment,Least Squares Support Vector Machines(LSSVM)were introduced. With a thermal power plant as an example, the design and research of carbon emission calculation methods for coal-fired power generation units were carried out.Select the radial basis function(RBF)kernel in LSSVM to construct a sample set of carbon emission related data for coal-fired power generation units.According to the sample set capacity, perform nonlinear mapping of the data to achieve screening of carbon emission related data for power generation units.Establish the calculation model of carbon emission intensity of thermal power plant, and systematically analyze the comprehensive situation of coal consumption of coal-fired generating units in the operation process of thermal power plant.Considering that coal-fired power generation units in thermal power plants inevitably exist losses after being put into operation,it was possible to calculate the carbon emissions of power generation units considering grid losses, given the known carbon emission intensity. The experimental results showed that the calculation method designed had a good application performance, and the standardized use of this method for carbon emission calculation of coal-fired power generation units in thermal power plants made the calculation results more realistic.
