Synthesis and Performance Research of BiOI/g-C3N4/NH2-MIL-53(Fe)Ternary Heterojunction Photocatalyst
Semiconductor photocatalysis technology is an effective means to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution.BiOI/g-C3N4/NH2-MIL-53(Fe)ternary heterojunction catalyst was prepared by one-step solvothermal method.The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and other characterization methods,and the photocatalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated with bisphenol S as the target pollutant.The free radical capture experiment showed that·OH,h+and·O2-all played a strong oxidation role in the degradation process.Based on the study of the photofenton performance of the catalyst and the band structure of the semiconductor,the possible mechanism of the photofenton reaction was proposed.
