摘要

作者依据磷酸铁锂及磷酸铁的市场布局,基于钛化工,对利用钛白副产物制备电池级磷酸铁的生产工艺展开调研.钛白副产物有较多杂质,须先进行亚铁净化,再进行磷酸铁合成.以铵法为基础,通过对比一步法与二步法的生产工艺、原料成本、污水处理成本及产品技术指标,总结得出一步法与二步法的优缺点.

Abstract

This paper is based on the market layout of lithium iron phosphate and iron phosphate,based on titanium chemical industry,using titanium white by-products to prepare battery-grade iron phosphate production process.There are impurities in the by-products of titanium dioxide,so ferrous purification is carried out first,and then the synthesis of iron phosphate is carried out.Based on ammonium method,the advantages and disadvantages of one-step method and two-step method were summarized by comparing the production process,raw material cost,sewage treatment cost and product technical index.
