Research Progress in Photoelectrocatalysis of Greenhouse Gases
In the scientific community,photoelectrocatalytic conversion of greenhouse gases is currently a hotspot for research because it allows for efficient energy use and recycling in addition to helping to mitigate the effects of global climate change.At the moment,a variety of catalytic methods,including photocatalysis,electrocatalysis,and photoelectrocatalysis,are used to convert greenhouse gases.Regarding catalyst activity,there are still certain problems and obstacles to overcome.According to the current research status of greenhouse gases,the author systematically summarized the photoelectrocatalytic reaction and its performance evaluation,further elaborated the research progress of photoelectrocatalytic in the field of carbon dioxide reduction and methane oxidation,and finally prospecte the future photoelectric conversion of greenhouse gases.
