双增韧技术对LNG船用环氧树脂性能影响的研究

通过复配使用含有醚键的不同分子量的聚醚胺,再搭配含有核壳结构的增韧粒子的"双增韧"的方式来提升环氧树脂的韧性。作者研究了不同类型核壳结构的核层对树脂增韧效果的影响。此外,优化了 H120增韧粒子的添加量和聚醚胺D2000/D230的复配比例。结果表明,核层的增韧效果由大至小排序为聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚硅氧烷;M120的优选添加量为15%,聚醚胺复配固化剂D2000与D230的优选复配质量比为4∶6;通过上述技术和配方得到的环氧树脂满足LNG船用要求。
Study on Properties of Epoxy Resin by Double Toughening Technique
In this paper,the toughness of epoxy resin was improved by using polyether amines with different molecular weights containing ether bonds and double toughening with toughening particles containing core-shell structure.The effect of different types of core-shell structure on the toughening effect of resin was studied.In addition,the addition ratio of H120 toughening particles and the compounding ratio of polyether amine D2000/D230 were optimized.The results showed that the toughening effect of the nuclear layer was in the order of polybutyl acrylate,polybutadiene-styrene and polysiloxane.The optimal addition ratio of M120 was 15%,and the optimal compounding ratio of polyether amine complex curing agent D2000∶D230 was 4∶6.The epoxy resin obtained through the above-mentioned technology and formulation meets the requirements of LNG carrier.
