Verification and Analysis of Combustion Calorific Value Testing of Building Materials
The ability and level of testing in each laboratory were evaluated by organizing activities to verify the combustion calorific value testing of building materials.The data of homogeneity and stability were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and t-test.The homogeneity and stability of the samples met the requirements of capability verification.Robust statistical analysis was performed on the test results submitted by 166 laboratories,and Z-value was used to evaluate the test results of participating laboratories.The results showed that the satisfaction rate of combustion calorific value measurement was 89%.It can objectively reflect the testing ability of the test laboratory,and most laboratories generally had a high level of testing ability in the combustion calorific value of building materials.On this basis,the improvement countermeasures and rectification measures were put forward to provide a basis for each inspection institution to improve the ability of building materials combustion calorific value detection.
