摘要
文在寅就任韩国总统后,利用各类多边、双边机制强化韩国与东南亚国家之间的政治、经贸、安全和人文交流,目的是实现韩国外交及经贸多元化、促进半岛问题解决并提升韩国的国际地位.韩国所拥有的强大的经济、文化实力及韩国和东盟之间某些政策的一致性有利于韩国对东南亚外交的推进,但也面临政策持续性及大国竞争压力等挑战.
Abstract
Since taking office as President of the Republic of Korea(ROK),Moon Jae-in has actively conducted diplomacy toward Southeast Asia.Moon has adopted various multilateral and bilateral mechanisms to strengthen political,economic & trade,security and cultural exchanges between ROK and Southeast Asian countries,aiming to achieve diplomatic diversification,to expand the ASEAN market,to promote peaceful settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue and to enhance ROK's international status.The strong economic and cultural strength of ROK,as well as the consistency of some policies between ROK and ASEAN are conducive to the promotion of ROK's diplomacy in Southeast Asia.However,it has faced with some challenges,such as policy continuity of ROK Government,also the competitive pressure from other powers.
