韩国孝石文化节对延边地区文旅融合发展的启示

在文旅融合的大背景下,节庆旅游作为文化资源与旅游业融合发展的新形式,受到广泛关注.延边地区旅游业发展基础良好,文化资源丰富,极具节庆旅游开发潜力和优势,但是在实际操作中,潜力和优势并未得到充分发挥.因此,本文基于延边地区节庆旅游资源SWOT分析,选定韩国文化观光庆典成功案例江原道平昌郡"孝石文化节"为借鉴对象,解析其特色及成功要素,并从品牌建设、政府+市场化运作、资源整合、人才培育四个方面提出建议,促进延边地区节庆旅游开发,探究延边文旅融合发展之新路径.
Abstract
In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,as a new form of integrated development of cultural resources and tourism,festival tourism has received widespread attention.Yanbian is rich in cultural resources and has a good foundation for tourism development,which has the potential and advantages of developing festival tourism.But in practice,the potential and advantages have not been fully exploited.On the basis of SWOT analysis of festival tourism resources in Yanbian,we take"Hyoseok Culture Festival"in Pyeongchang,Gangwon-do as an example to analyze its characteristics and success.Suggestions can be put forward from four aspects:brand building,government+market operation,resource integration and talent cultivation to promote the development of festival tourism in Yanbian area,and explore the new path of the integrated development of cultural tourism in Yanbian.
