摘要

保温层下腐蚀(CUI)是由于水或其他腐蚀介质渗入保温层后,与金属表面形成电解液环境的腐蚀现象,CUI具有隐蔽、范围广和危害性大等特点.采用他比式数字射线测量方法对带保温管道进行壁厚测量,结合高低射线能量和图像处理技术,从而提高 CUI的测量精度,满足现场检验检测需求.

Abstract

Under insulation corrosion(CUI)was a corrosion phenomenon caused by the infiltration of water or other corrosive media into the insulation layer,which formed an electrolyte environment with the metal surface.CUI had the characteristics of concealment,wide range,and great harm.Using the Tabi digital ray measurement method to measure the wall thickness of insulated pipelines,combined with high and low ray energy and image processing technology,the measurement accuracy for CUI was improved,meeting the needs of on-site inspection and detection.
