摘要

通过采集容器的设计、建造、使用,运行期间保养,往年的介质化验和容器检验等相关资料,采用基于风险的检验(RBI)技术对渤海某油田11台超过设计年限的压力容器进行了评估,分析容器中存在的损伤模式和腐蚀机理,辨别出相应的失效模式,采用专业软件对容器进行数据库建立并分析计算,完成各容器风险评级,根据风险等级情况制定有针对性的检测策略.

Abstract

By collecting relevant data on the design,construction,use,maintenance during operation,media testing and container inspection of containers in previous years,a risk based inspection(RBI)technique was used to evaluate 11 pressure vessels in a Bohai oilfield that exceeded their design lifespan.The damage modes and corrosion mechanisms present in the container were analyzed,and the corresponding failure modes were identified.A professional software(DNV Offshore)was used to establish a database of the container and analyze and calculate it.The risk rating of each container was completed,and targeted detection strategies were developed based on the risk level situation.
