The dynamic characteristics of the inflation and static processes of high-pressure gas cylinders were important foundations for the reliable design and safe and economical operation of related systems.A theoretical model considering the heat capacity and heat dissipation of high-pressure gas cylinders was established for the inflation and static processes,and the accuracy of the model was verified through experiments.Based on theoretical models,the parameters such as cylinder pressure,cylinder temperature,gas temperature,and replenishment pressure during the inflation and static processes were analyzed.The influence of different inflation speeds on the above parameters was discussed.The faster the inflation speed,the higher the temperature of the gas cylinder,and the lower the stable pressure,the higher the required replenishment pressure.When the inflation speed increased from 0.3 MPa/min to 2.0 MPa/min,the wall temperature of the gas cylinder increased from 28.3℃to 54.7℃,the air supply pressure Increased from 1.2 MPa to 4.5 MPa.
