摘要

电站锅炉小直径管常通过焊接连接,合格的对接焊口可保证锅炉安全运行.射线检测技术具有成像直观,可以长期保存等优点,在缺陷定性检测等方面具有独特的优势,在工业领域被广泛应用.简要介绍了气孔和氧化皮在底片上的影像特点,并分析了底片和数字射线影像的差别.

Abstract

Small diameter pipes in power plant boilers were often connected by welding,and qualified butt welds could ensure safe operation of the boiler.Radiographic testing technology had the advantages of intuitive imaging,long-term preservation,and unique advantages in qualitative defect detection.It was widely used in the industrial field.The imaging characteristics of pores and oxide scales on film were introduced,and the differences between film and digital X-ray imaging were analyzed.
