摘要

简要介绍了湿气管道顶部腐蚀机理研究进展,选取珠状冷凝顶部腐蚀机理模型为基础,开发了预测顶部腐蚀速率的计算程序.在渤海某湿气管道中,应用珠状冷凝顶部腐蚀机理模型计算了该管道的顶部腐蚀速率,并与该管道内检测推算的腐蚀速率、及基于NORSORK M506的CO2腐蚀速率预测结果进行了对比,分析认为几种方法的分析结果比较接近,可辅助管理人员预测湿气管道顶部腐蚀情况.

Abstract

The research progress of corrosion mechanism at the top of wet gas pipelines is introduced.Based on the pearl shaped condensation top corrosion mechanism model,a calculation program for predicting the top corrosion rate has been developed.In a wet gas pipeline in Bohai Sea,a bead condensation top corrosion mechanism model was applied to calculate the top corrosion rate of the pipeline,and a comparative analysis was conducted with the corrosion rate predicted by internal inspection and the CO2 corrosion rate prediction results based on NORSORK M506.After analysis,it was believed that the analysis results of several methods were relatively close,which could assist management personnel in predicting the corrosion situation at the top of wet gas pipelines.
