摘要

龙宇煤化工有限公司在用3座污水处理系统,原先采用微孔软管曝气器和射流曝气器曝气系统,由于现场曝气器存在缺陷,影响曝气的均匀性和连续性,导致设备均远未达到设计处理能力.鉴于此,该公司结合现有污水系统的运行工况情况进行了升级改造,选用了旋流微泡曝气器.实践应用表明,旋流微泡曝气器具有节能、高效、维护量低等诸多优点,曝气效率显著提升、检修时间显著减少,并且系统运行成本大幅降低.旋流微泡曝气器的应用既达到了节能的目的,又提高了污水系统的处理能力,实现了污水装置荷安全稳定运行.

Abstract

Three sewage treatment systems were used in Longyu Coal Chemical Co.Ltd.,which used to be micro-porous hose aerators and jet aerators.However,due to defects in the on-site aerators,the uniformity and continuity of aeration were affected,resulting in none of them reaching the designed treatment capacity.In view of this,the company had upgraded and renovated the existing sewage system based on its operating conditions,and had selected a swirl micro bubble aerator.Practical applications had shown that the cyclone micro-bubble aerator had many advantages such as energy conservation,high efficiency,and low maintenance.The aeration efficiency was significantly improved,the maintenance time was significantly reduced,and the operating cost of the system was significantly reduced.The application of cyclone micro-bubble aerator not only achieved the goal of energy conservation,but also improved the treatment capacity of the sewage system,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the sewage device.
