二甲苯塔底泵是对二甲苯(PX)装置中的关键设备,该泵直接影响下游工艺流程的正常运转.以中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司的大型芳烃装置项目为例,针对PX装置中的二甲苯塔底泵开展国产化研发.介绍了设备研发过程中的水力模型研究及加工铸造的详细过程.经过实验测试及实际运行检验,设备各项数据参数优良,满足相关要求,实现了二甲苯塔底泵国产化研发制造的目标,该设备能够代替国外同类型产品,且最终顺利投入使用.
Abstract
The xylene tower bottom pump is a key equipment in the PX unit,which directly affects the normal operation of downstream process flow.Taking the large-scale aromatics unit project of Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,domestic research and development had been carried out on the key equipment of the PX unit,the xylene tower bottom pump.The detailed process of hydraulic model development and machining and casting in the equipment development process was introduced.After experimental testing and actual operation verification,the equipment's various data parameters were excellent and met relevant requirements,achieving the goal of domestic research and development and manufacturing of xylene tower bottom pumps.This device could replace similar foreign products and was eventually successfully put into use.
