摘要
锁斗是典型煤化工装置中关键设备,在长期循环载荷作用下易发生疲劳断裂.运用结构和热应力瞬态分析方法,计算含缺陷锁斗承受的应力幅值.同时基于试验所得疲劳裂纹扩展性能参数,计算预期循环次数下缺陷的扩展量并对最终缺陷尺寸进行安全性评价.评定结果表明含缺陷锁斗可在预期循环次数内正常运行.
Abstract
Lock hopper is a key equipment in typical coal chemical equipment,which is prone to fatigue fracture under long-term cyclic loading.Using structural and thermal stress transient analysis methods,the stress amplitude borne by the defective lock bucket was calculated.At the same time,based on the fatigue crack propagation performance parameters obtained from experiments,the amount of defect propagation under the expected number of cycles was calculated,and the final defect size was evaluated for safety.
