研发了一种新的承压设备圆度的测量方法,制作了一个专门用于承压设备圆度的测量仪,达到改进圆形承压设备的制造过程,提高现场检验效率及确保检验数据的准确测量的效果,从而节约企业设备制造、检验成本,避免、消除使用过程中存在的安全隐患.
Abstract
A new method for measuring the roundness of pressure equipment had been developed,and a measuring instrument specifically designed for measuring the roundness of pressure equipment had been developed to improve the manufacturing process of circular pressure equipment,improve on-site inspection efficiency,and ensure accurate measurement of inspection data.This was of great significance for enterprises to save equipment manufacturing and inspection costs,and to avoid and eliminate safety hazards during use.
