介绍了预先危险性分析法,用于识别LNG加气站中的危险因素.通过对外部危险因素,内部危险因素中的一般危险因素、控制室危险因素、设备危险因素、控制系统危险因素进行预先分析,最大限度预见危险因素、触发条件,进而相应提出防范措施,并从设计源头进行预防,提升LNG加气站自身安全性.
Abstract
The pre hazard analysis method had been introduced to identify hazardous factors in LNG refueling stations.By pre analyzing external and internal risk factors,including general risk factors,control room risk factors,equipment risk factors,and control system risk factors,the risk factors and triggering conditions could be foreseen to the maximum extent possible,and corresponding preventive measures could be proposed from the design source to improve the safety of LNG refueling stations.
