某混输海底管道内腐蚀原因分析

某平台海底混输管道于2009年建成后一直处于封存备用状态,于2017年投产使用,在2019年内检测时发现大量腐蚀点.为了有效控制管道的腐蚀程度,从该海底管道的运行工况、内检测情况、腐蚀监检测情况以及水质结垢趋势等方面对管道内腐蚀原因进行了分析.该海管在封存期间海管中残留海水引发了溶解氧腐蚀以及运行期间由于聚合物、固体杂质以及水质结垢所引起的的沉积物下(或垢下)腐蚀共同作用导致腐蚀.
Abstract
The underwater mixed pipeline of a certain platform has been in a sealed and standby state since its completion in 2009.It was put into operation in 2017 and a large number of corrosion points were found during inspections in 2019.In order to effectively control the degree of corrosion of the pipeline,the reasons for internal corrosion of the submarine pipeline were analyzed from the aspects of operating conditions,internal inspection,corrosion monitoring,and water quality scaling trend.The corrosion of the submarine pipeline was caused by the combined action of dissolved oxygen corrosion caused by residual seawater in the pipeline during storage,and sediment(or scale)corrosion caused by polymers,solid impurities,and water quality scaling during operation.
