摘要

循环水是以直接或间接冷却石油、化工、钢铁产品或满足其他工业生产需要为目的,经专用循环冷却塔处理后循环使用.使用循环水作为冷却介质的换热器(水冷器),主要材质为碳钢、奥氏体不锈钢、双相钢、海军黄铜等.重点介绍了循环水系统中碳钢水冷器和不锈钢水冷器的腐蚀影响因素,并给出了相关的选材建议.

Abstract

Circulating water was used to directly or indirectly cool petroleum,chemical,steel products,or meet other industrial production needs,and was recycled after being treated by a dedicated circulating cooling tower.A heat exchanger(water cooler)that used circulating water as the cooling medium,was mainly made of carbon steel,austenitic stainless steel,duplex steel,navy brass,etc.The corrosion influencing factors of carbon steel water coolers and stainless steel water coolers in the circulating water system were emphasized,and relevant material selection suggestions were given.
