摘要

材料的冲击韧性和断裂韧性是评估其使用时的可靠性和安全性的重要参数.夏比冲击试验是一种常用的材料冲击韧性测试方法,具有操作简便、试验快速和成本较低等优点,被广泛应用于工程实践.然而,夏比冲击韧性与CT试样断裂韧性之间的关系一直都备受关注.简要介绍了目前常用的材料冲击韧性估算材料断裂韧性的两种方法:经验公式法和Weibull统计方法.根据相关文献可知,夏比冲击试验是一种常用的材料韧性测试方法,可以用于评估材料的断裂韧性.经验公式法和Weibull统计方法都可以用于估算材料的断裂韧性参数,且各有优缺点.因此,在实际应用中,需要根据具体情况选择合适的方法进行材料韧性评估,从而提高数据的准确性和可靠性.

Abstract

The impact toughness and fracture toughness of materials were important parameters for evaluating their reliability and safety in use.The Charpy impact test was a commonly used method for testing the impact toughness of materials,which had the advantages of simple operation,fast testing,and low cost.It was widely used in engineering practice.However,the relationship between Charpy impact toughness and fracture toughness of CT specimens had always been of great concern.This article briefly introduced two methods for estimating material fracture toughness using material impact toughness:empirical formula method and Weibull statistical method.According to relevant literature,the Charpy impact test was a commonly used material toughness testing method,which could be used to evaluate the fracture toughness of materials.Both empirical formula method and Weibull statistical method could be used to estimate the fracture toughness of materials,and each had its own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,in practical applications,it was necessary to choose appropriate methods for material toughness assessment based on specific situations to improve the accuracy and reliability of data.
