摘要

针对目前相控阵超声法检测输油管道B型套筒纵缝时,缺陷检出率低、检测误差大的问题,提出了采用相控阵超声检测二次反射法与一次反射法对输油管道B型套筒的纵缝进行分区检测的方法.通过CIVA声场仿真软件建立纵缝的仿真模型,分析B型套筒纵缝缺陷相控阵超声检测的成像机制,采用相控阵超声检测二次反射法检测纵缝根部缺陷,采用一次反射法检测上表面缺陷,利用模拟试块验证缺陷检出效果.结果表明,该方法对B型套筒纵缝的缺陷检出结果稳定、可靠,同时能准确判断缺陷类型,克服B型套筒纵缝相控阵超声检测图谱评判的盲目性.

Abstract

In response to the problems of low defect detection rate and large detection error in the current phased array ultrasonic method for detecting the longitudinal seam of B-type sleeve in oil pipelines,it was proposed to use phased array ultrasonic detection secondary reflection method and primary reflection method for zone detection of the longitudinal seam of B-type sleeve in oil pipelines.A simulation model of longitudinal seam was established using CIVA sound field simulation software,and the imaging mechanism of phased array ultrasonic testing for B-type sleeve longitudinal seam defects was analyzed.The secondary reflection method of phased array ultrasonic testing was used to detect root defects of longitudinal seams,and the primary reflection method was used to detect surface defects.The defect detection effect was verified using simulated test blocks.The results showed that the method was stable and reliable in detecting defects in the longitudinal seam of B-type sleeves,and could accurately determine the type of defect,overcoming the blindness of phased array ultrasonic testing spectrum evaluation for B-type sleeve longitudinal seams.
