摘要

基于Mises屈服准则,研究了影响压力容器自增强技术的几个关键技术参数,根据不同的控制条件,获得了保证安全运行的技术参数之间的关联式.研究了Mises屈服准则与Tresca屈服准则的区别与联系,指出了产生这些区别与联系的根本原因.探讨了不同的超应变度计算方法对压力容器有关应力与承载能力的影响,对传统的设计方法给出了修正建议,提出了如何运用各参数间的相互关系和变化规律来提高自增强技术实施效果的措施.

Abstract

Based on the Mises yield criterion,several key technical parameters affecting the autofrettage technology of pressure vessels were studied.According to different control conditions,the correlation equations between technical parameters to ensure safe operation were obtained.The differences and connections between the Mises yield criterion and the Tresca yield criterion had been studied,and the fundamental reasons for these differences and connections had been pointed out.The influence of different methods for calculating overstrain on the stress and load-bearing capacity of pressure vessels had been explored.Suggestions had been made for modifying traditional design methods,and measures had been proposed to improve the implementation effect of self strengthening technology by utilizing the interrelationships and variation patterns among various parameters.
