多相流混输海底管道输送介质流型较为复杂,经常出现十分严重的腐蚀情况.以渤海地区某混输海管为例,以海管内检测数据为依据,研究了海管运行工况,分析了海管内检测数据与腐蚀监检测数据,并对海管发生内腐蚀原因进行了分析.该海管内腐蚀原因为输送介质中溶解的CO2和H2S引起了电化学腐蚀,同时结垢、固体颗粒沉积以及聚合物沉积引起了垢下腐蚀,细菌滋生导致了细菌腐蚀.这些因素加剧了海管的内腐蚀速率.
Abstract
The flow pattern of multiphase flow mixed transport submarine pipelines is relatively complex,and severe corrosion often occurs.Taking a mixed pipeline in the Bohai Sea region as an example,based on the inspection data inside the pipeline,the operating conditions of the pipeline were studied.The inspection data inside the pipeline and the corrosion monitoring data were analyzed,and the reasons for the internal corrosion of the pipeline were analyzed.The corrosion inside the submarine pipeline was caused by electrochemical corrosion caused by dissolved CO2 and H2S in the transport medium,as well as corrosion under the scale caused by scaling,solid particle deposition,and polymer deposition.At the same time,bacterial growth led to bacterial corrosion.These factors exacerbated the internal corrosion rate of submarine pipelines.
