摘要
海底管道法兰对接是当今海底管道安装过程中不可或缺的一部分,提升水下法兰对接的效率对降低海底管道工程的整体成本具有重要意义.针对不同海域和环境条件下的海底管道法兰对接方法进行了研究,介绍了钢质管道采用工程船吊机辅助海底管道法兰对接、配重块和门架辅助海底管道法兰对接和法兰拉紧器用于法兰对接的方法,以及使用倒链与浮袋辅助柔性软管法兰对接和水平吊杆配合柔性软管法兰对接的方法.并研究了海底管道法兰对接方法的适用性,提出了选取原则,可为海底管道法兰对接工程提供参考.
Abstract
The flange docking of submarine pipelines is an indispensable part of the installation process today.Improving the efficiency of underwater flange docking is of great significance in reducing the overall cost of submarine pipeline engineering.A study was conducted on the flange docking methods of submarine pipelines under different sea areas and environmental conditions.The methods of steel pipelines using engineering ship cranes to assist in flange docking of submarine pipelines,counterweight blocks and gantry to assist in flange docking of submarine pipelines,and flange tensioners for flange docking were introduced.The methods of using chain blocks and floating bags to assist in flexible hose flange docking and horizontal suspension rods to cooperate with flexible hose flange docking were also introduced.And the applicability of flange docking methods for submarine pipelines was studied,and selection principles were proposed,which could provide reference for submarine pipeline flange docking engineering.
